“Very nice product that works well as long as the battery lasts. User manual says up to 160 minutes on a full charge. In real world use battery lasts 20 -40 minutes tops.Other than short available use time this is a very nice product. Nicely balanced and lots of attachments.Could be I have a defective unit or a defective charger. User manual says 3 hours to fully charge but my unit only charges a short time and then terminates. Restarts only last a few minutes.”
“I purchased this product maybe about a month ago and it worked great, it helped soothe my sore muscles and just really got in there. I was very happy with the purchase. However, it didn't come with a wall charger that's needed apparently. I don't know why I thought the cradle charged it (the way it shows in the pictures and shows no actual wall charger) so it's dead, it's been dead and I've been trying to look for the charger it may use and haven't had any luck finding it in stores so there's that. Other than that, it worked great the few times I used it.”
“This massager is exactly what I needed. I pulled a muscle in my leg & it's hurt really bad and this is giving me a lot of relief! I'm so thankful for it and I highly recommend it. It has different setting so you get just right amount of pressure.”
“Purchased this for the s/o last year and it's been used weekly since with no complaints. Unfortunately, within the past month it seems the unit will just shut off whenever too much pressure is applied or whenever it feels like it seems, and then refuse to power back on until it's been recharged. While this unit is on the cheaper end, I picked up a magic wand for a similar price and it's still going strong after 6 years, so perhaps this one is just a dud. Too many components/features perhaps? Great if you don't mind replacing it with frequently use I suppose.”
“Update; the machine was working just fine but it just stopped working, not sure why. Contacted the company and was told to reset, so i plugged in to be charged then i unplugged it - but it didnt resolve the issue, still doesn't turn on. I have to say, for the price it's an ok hand held massager. Using it daily since i got it last week, especially when i get a headache/migraine. it helps. Everyone should have one of these things at HOME. EVERYONE.”
“If you're one of those people who likes their rubs and massages a little rougher and deeper than most, then you will like this one. Not to say it's too much, because all you have to do is put less pressure on it when using it, but if you use some good pressure, this thing will get the job done. Multiple attachments is nice. Haven't had any issues with battery life or anything else so far. If I run into any issues I will update my review. Highly recommend.”
“This has just the right vibration. Not too hard for the neck area, but enough to make a difference on knotted muscles. The battery lasts a long time. At least 4-5 45 min morning sessions to loosen up my neck, and calves. It's handle is long enough to reach my back to I can get around the tightness in my shoulder blade. Just an overall great tool. I bought this one for my aging parents. I thought it would be perfect for them.”
“Update - after literally randomly pressing the buttons, it started working again and has been running like a champ the last few days, hence the updated review! Original review: Worked fine a half dozen times. Been on the charger for a few weeks now, and tonightit's entirely dead. Had power the entire time. Like so many others here, it just stopped working and won't power on again. I'd suggest buying a different one. These are too random to be worth recommending. Sigh.”
