I really loved this massager and used it on my lower back daily. It held an incredible charge until yesterday and now it won't even turn on. Ive missed the date to return and I have missed the date for support. Sad!!

Not very helpful when it comes to pain relief. I have occasional lower back pains and that's the reason I thought of buying this product. I really like the different massage settings and various attachment types they provide. It also has a decent battery life. But I don't use it anymore as it doesn't provide a significant pain relief. But I guess it's a good cheap alternative to the expensive massagers out there in the market

This thing is amazing! It's bigger than I expected and way more powerful. My husband had a stroke and they used a similar massager on his legs during rehab to stimulate his muscles and encourage movement. Apparently the vibration can sometimes help “wake up' muscles and help in the healing and rewiring process. We use it on his leg nightly and I often swipe it to use on my back. After a tough rowing session it helped with the sore muscles. I would buy this again and would have paid at least $20 more so this feels like a steal!

It's working nicely for me, but not as powerful as my homedics dual head massager. Sometimes I need that intensity in my lower back tailbone area. It's alot lighter though, and much less cumbersome without the cord. I wish it had a UL Listing. I make sure I'm in the room when it's charging. I don't trust lithium ion batteries that do not have a UL Listing. It's overall a good messager and quite inexpensive. I hope to get a lot of use out of it.

I have not had it long enough to know about battery life but it does recharge with plug in. I thought it was broken because no matter which button I pushed, it would not turn on. Then I decided to try it one more time before returning and learned two things: 1. it will not turn on with the power cord plugged in and 2. the on/off button you have to push VERY HARD to get it to come on. Basically, I use one thumb on the button and my other thumb on top of that one pressing VERY VERY HARD then it works.

I bought this massager in around November because my last massager had a cord and my puppy chewed through it so this time around I made sure to buy a wireless one and it worked great until de hart when it suddenly became harder and harder to turn on. First it would just be slow to turn on and then it would take a few clicks to get it on and then the problem just gradually got worse until the other day when it just stopped turning on.

I previously ordered a different massager that never arrived, as it was broken at the postal facility and was sent back to the manufacturer. I was back online reviewing a different product and found RENPHO. Thank goodness I have one good arm to hold it, as it is a little heavy. I would suggest carefully choosing the right pressure for your situation and the length of time you use it. I have Myofascial on my left arm. It was impossible to sleep on my side. I did find relief using this product. Again, just don't overdo as I did. There are many products to choose from, but many are very expensive. For the price, it did the job.

I bought the RENPHO Rechargeable Hand Held for myself a year ago based on the recommendation of my Chiropractor to massage my legs to help with my circulation. Any numbness or sensation in my legs are quickly relieved with using the RENPHO. I have now purchased one for my brother who is in his 80s and having some issues with his legs and am looking forward to hearing his results. I do like the device for massaging my shoulders and back, especially when sitting at the computer for extended periods and feel my shoulders tighten. It works really well.
