“I love this massager but it only lasts one year. I have purchased two of them and each has broken just one year after purchase. One actually broke just just a few days under 1 year and was replaced under warrantee. However, even the replacement device broke. It appears to be the same part which breaks - its a screw attaching the "head" to the internal motion that apparently strips. The unit still runs but is of absolutely no value unless you like to listen to the motor running. Clearly a design defect that could be improved with feedback from customers and simple re-engineering of the head attachment.”
“This is definitely a strong tool, but too strong for me. I am looking for a way to help my thumbs and elbows out. This provides vibration over a large area. I don't feel that I can "specialize," my touch enough not to hurt my clients. I have low back pain and get a massage every three months. I thought maybe this tool could help serve the purpose of elongating that time and improving my sleep in between. Honestly,I only practiced with it once, but I am more careful due to not wanting to hurt myself, and the wide vibration I found gave me discomfort and low back pain in ways I didn't feel before. So it simply won't work for what I need it for. And I am returning it. Everthing else I read about it being a strong tool is true, but I only used it on myself once and then plugged it in.”
“I purchased both a quality gun ttpe and this long handled massager, unsure how the long handle would work for areas other than the back. Very impressed with this tool. It's easy and effective over all areas and reaches back areas the gun type just doesn't reach. The higher end gun type design does provide more percussion power but this Renpho does its job well.”
“It hurst me to give this a bad review. After I bough the first one I LOVED it so much I bought two more and gifted them to family members. I have told and share the link to the item to countless friends. At about 4 months in stopped charging. I haven't dropped it. The machine and the charger look good. I can't figure out why it won't change anymore. Very sad.”
“I bought this in April and I tirwd it as soon as I bought it. I liked it. I bought it because my husbands feet get sore sometimes. My husband has used it about 10-15 times. Last night he told me that it had stopped working. He told me he had plugged it in but it would not hold enough charge to massage for more than a minute. He charges it over night but still doesn't work. It worked well but I thinknit should've lasted longer especially hiw we haven't used it that often.”
“Very good tool but quit working shortly after the return window closed on it! Too bad as it actually was helpful when it was working. Very disappointing! UPDATE I contacted them and they sent another one right away. So far it seems to be working fine. I'll update again if there are any more problems.”
“I bought this massage tool upon the recommendation of my personal trainer. I was suffering from swollen knees and contracted achilles tendons, I had tendonitis of the long head of the the bicep (I think that's what it is called), and my hip was hurting from the result of a spinal injury several years ago. I used it carefully according to my trainer's recommendations on my quads, calves (hips/knees/achilles relief), upper arm, around the shoulder (avoiding bone) (for the tendonitis). I can't say enough about how much this easy to use, easy to hold device. If you are suffering be sure to get it but I would suggest getting expert advice on where to use it. It brought me great relief.”
“First one I ordered worked great that's actually what I thought it would do ordered a second one and it didn't wouldn't charge at all so they sent me a replacement for the second one which was my third one and it didn't charge either so I lost my confidence in this there's something you can do to help me regain my confidence I'm hoping for that I'm not gonna order another one because once again I lost my confidence so please help me”
