“This just arrived today. I took it out of the box and balls came flying out rolling all over the floor. I took a peak inside the side part and it seems it was banged up during delivery and knock the bearings loose inside. So I'll be returning this item. Also if you have big feet make sure you do measurements first. Not much room for feet and staying on the unit.”
“It cane in a busted box like someone had already torn it open so I immediately thought it was used, I opened the box today and it's mad taped ALL OVER THE BOX, I decide to look at the actual board to see if there was dirt and yes we all know what feet dirt look like YALL REALLY GOT ME MESSED UP! I couldn't wait for this to get here and have to discover I paid full price for some used monkeypox covid polio infested board. I tried to do the exchange and it's making me put in a different card that they can charge in the event that I don't return the original item, it doesn't make sense to charge a different card than my original payment method. I called customer service to try to get it fixed and they said it only gives them the option for a refund. Even the "supervisor" claiming that since it came from a third party they can only refund and never even acknowledged that the business practice is quite disgusting. IF THEY TEST THIS BOARD THEY NOT BOUT TO FIND MY DNA ANYWHERE ON IT. With that being said since I have to go through all these hoops I've decided to accept the refund because NO IT WAS NOT EASY TO USE BECAUSE I COULDNT TOUCH IT. I also have to use MY GAS to return it. So I will definitely be filing a complaint first with OSHA, then the bbb, my states AG and the ftc because yall scamming.”
