“UPDATED: Though I had issues with the product at first, it comes with a warranty and Customer Service that gets back to you immediately. They have advice they are sending a replacement product for my damaged item and a replacement charging cord. I'll have to see then if I feel the product is worth it. Updated I purchased 2 of these and the charging cord messed up on both. Not very durable charging cord and massager is only ok. Definitely review other products instead of this one.”

“The unit has dual heads which are not replaceable, even though it came with three replacement heads and the instruction manual states how to remove the heads. I contacted support and that's when I found out that this particular unit has fixed heads. I gave it a 4 star rating, because the unit performs well and the different massage modes works well. I like the unit, but the description in Amazon and the instruction manual is misleading. The company also is misleading when they sent the unit with the replacement heads!”
“Great massager and super value for money. The massager is well wrapped and it comes with different attachments which varies the massaging experience for different parts of the body.It is quiet comparing to the others, well made and sturdy and has a lengthy reach. I work at a computer all day and constantly have neck and shoulder pain. I've used a friends similar massager that was more than double the price and honestly I can't tell a difference in the two. I use it for short periods several times a day and I get almost instant relief. Highly recommended!”
