“Love this so far...my initial rating is good, will see in time how the charge holds but so far so good. The only complaint I have is the controls. It doesn't take much to set off the buttons and I find myself having to turn it back on all the time. Could maybe use a cover over it so you don't accidentally change the setting. Absolutely love the acupuncture and the curved attachments. The massage settings are great as well. As long as the massager holds up, I would definitely recommend!”
“I used to have an electric massager that had a cord, and after having this wireless one I realize how much better it is that I can move from to room to room with it with ease. The heat function and the different heads all make for a nice diverse massage.When I took it out of the box, the vibration didn't seem very strong to me. “I purchased this to replace a different brand I had for many years that just finally died due to cable tear. I was hoping this Snailax was going to be an improvement and upgrade from the old one. I was bummed when I turned this on and the highest of the 3 settings left me wanting more power. The label says it is 12 W and my old one was 10 W so I don't know why this one was just not that strong. I can only guess it has to do with the added features of heat and being cordless which my old one did not have. The Snailax is over 2.5 lbs and my old Panasonic was 1 lb. I found myself accidentally turning this one off several times because my hand would slide up to the buttons and my husband did the same thing. I wasn't going to try the attachments because they looked like they would not be comfortable and I was right. I tried 2 of them and they hurt on bare skin and was not pleasant at all. The attachments are very firm, or nearly solid plastic.Pros: cordless, red ball is smooth and soothingCons: not very strong vibrations, heat is barely noticeable, weight”
“Solid unit for the money. Vibration level and types are good. Length allows you to reach trouble spots on your back. Regarding the fork decibel heads. Three are hard plastic and are pretty much useless, one is a rubberized head and works very well. My suggestion to the manufacturer would be to make more rubberized heads available and this would be a 5 out of 5 Star unit.”
