Some reviews did say that it was tough to operate it without accidentally pressing the power button, but I found that there are grooves at the end of the massager for where you're supposed to hold it, and so that didn't up being a problem like I had anticipated. “Great product for the price. Our family uses it all the time, even the dog enjoys it. My partner and I both spend a lot of time outdoors and he uses it all the time on his calves. We also use it on the lower setting on our dog's shoulders, hips, and lumbar area. Warming feature not strong but noticeable. Comes with many attachments. “My body naturally stores tension in my the muscles of my neck, back, and hips. I'm not consistent with yoga, so lately my muscles feel rigid and tensed. I bought this due to price and reviews. It comes with an AC adapter wall plug and different head attachments. I tried it out of the package and it worked great. The 2 heads don't rotate or anything. It gives off a strong vibration when set to high. There's 3 modes where you can have continuous vibrations or pulsed.Although it was weighted, it's not terribly heavy to hurt my arms/hands.”

The attachments are easy to change (and for those people who said they fly off - you're not doing it right. They rotate and click into place). It did a great job working on my knots.Cons: It is vibration heavy. If you need to work anywhere around your neck or back of your head, prepare for your face to vibrate. If I close my eyes, it doesn't bother me too much on the low setting. The heat element to this is very minimal.I think for the price this device is wonderful and I would totally purchase it again. Oh, and customer service is very responsive. I emailed to activate the replacement warranty and they responded within 24 hours.”
“I was wanting a massage gun and my husband got me one for Christmas. A gun is hard to use on your back yourself. I found this handheld massager and ordered it to exchange for the gun. I can hold it and reach my entire back. It has a heat button but I do not feel much heat from that but the massaging part works well. It is more like a strong vibration that has 3 different speeds and 3 different vibration patterns. I like it and plan to keep it to use whenever I have a pain or just want to massage my back or legs.”
