“I have been using this for only a few days but it quickly has become very helpful. I get backaches along with my friend, and we have been using it to help relieve some pain. It feels very nice and really helps get the knots out. I will advise you to be careful and not let it touch bone, it will hurt and especially be careful around the spine. The heat so far has not really heated up to a desirable temperature. Maybe it just takes a long while to heat up. That's the only reason I knocked it off a star but I could really give it 4.5 stars if anything.But so far it is a really good product.”

“Simple operation & adjustments. I use it without the attachments or heat to massage my upper back or shoulders or lower back. Just leave a T-shirt on & then this is easy to move or glide around as needed. Just avoid your bony areas, as it just bounces too much at these spots, & won't be soothing or helpful at these areas. Works nicely on my muscles & soft tissue spots.”
