“Very happy with this. Feels great on my back. Easy to use and nice shape for reaching my back. The heat element doesn't seem to work on mine. Not sure if my item is defective or it just doesn't get warm enough for me to tell the difference. Not a deal breaker for me though. The heat was a bonus anyway. I will keep it because I really like the product without heat.”
“I must have pulled something in my lower back and have been suffering from pain so much that I need help getting up from seats. I've tried a heating pad which helped loosen the muscles a bit and would give me, maybe an hour of mobility before being back in pain. I decided to get a massager and came on this one. Read the reviews and decided to try it. Oh my god, it's amazing! It has three massage settings: one that continuously vibrates, one that stutters and pauses, and the last that is probably the more intense of the settings that sort of jolts. I use it on the first setting, three times a day for about five to ten minutes and I am seeing RESULTS. This helps so much! I noticed that I'm not in as much pain after use and that I feel better. So far, I'm on day three and I'm feeling better with each day of use and not worse. So yes! I definitely recommend it!”
“The Snailax Cordless Handheld Back Massager works as described except for the heat function. It helped relieve my stiff neck ache. The heat function lights the massage head red but no heat is felt. For me that is not a deal breaker. I have used it several times for the past month and still have not had to recharge it. The attachments are easily attached and locked in. I saw a comment that said the product does not stay on. I see how that could happen. Depending on how it is held while in use, if your hand moves over the on/off button, it can turn off. The button depresses easily. The button should either be recessed or its outer edge raised . The same is true of the heat function button.”
“I've had to train her not to beg for it, so buyer beware - your cats may get addicted to this (or they may be like my other cat who wants nothing to do with it).It holds a charge well, and the shape of it allows me to reach areas that "thumpers" don't easily address.My only complaint is that the leverage required to reach certain areas on my back causes me to need to grip right where the buttons are, so I keep accidentally changing the settings or turning it off. Not a big deal, but maybe next version could have a door over the buttons?”
“I wanted to love this massager but I have a few issues with it. First, it feels great, and for being cordless it is very powerful. It also last a very long time so I do not have to worry about when I last charged. Doesn't seem to run down with lighter massaging, just stops. I do find it somewhat difficult to maneuver though. It's rather large and hard to hold since the handle vibrates. Might not be an issue for most. I also had some bruising from using it, which could of been just a me issue. Probably would be better if someone else uses on you. For stubborn knots I find a spot I can set it against so I don't have to hold. Works good but with the size, it can be hard to do. Worth the money for sure. I have a few products from this brand and they last. The warranty is also easy to work with if you have any issues!”
“This is our third purchase of this type of massager, and our first Snailax purchase. We were replacing one made by another company that didn't last two years. I can't speak to the longevity of the Snailax massager yet, but after using it for a couple of weeks, I'm very pleased with its performance. After charging, it stays charged and strong for as long as I need to use it, which is usually 20 minutes or so at a time. I can use it at least two times without it needing to be recharged. I haven't tried going longer than that without recharging, as I like to keep it charged.One feature that I like about this one that our past ones didn't have is that you can still use it while it's recharging. No more disappointment when it's dead, having to wait to recharge! I also like the heat feature, which is a first for me with this type of massager.I also like that this one comes with a 2-year warranty. Activating the warranty was simple and the company's response to that was quick.”
“I am impressed with the quality of this product. It's nice to be able to use the different heads based on need. As far as pain relief goes, it definitely helps but is not the only thing you will need to do to make the pain go away (in my case, seeing a chiropractor helps).”
“I have some nasty arthritis in my upper spine which causes migraines. I also suffer from fibromyalgia, it's nice that there's a softer setting. It's nice to move without feeling like my back is gonna snap or I'm having a heart attack (the pain radiates through my chest). Unfortunately it causes extreme itchiness on my back, but that's just me. Even th scalp attachment is heavenly.”
