“I am getting over having my shoulder replaced and after physical theropy it achs and throbes so I use the massager for 15 minutes and it seems to make the shoulder settle down and not be a bother. “I had a corded massager for years which was also heavy unit. This one is much lighter and can be anywhere (sitting on couch instead of near wall outlet) One drawback is the on/off switch is too far down the handle so I often turn off when using.”
“I have a MEDICAL ISSUE thus the reason for buying this item. When I bought it I plugged it in . The massager worked fine. I did not have to recharge until two days ago ( May $, 2022) .Today is May 6, 2022. Within that short period of time I tried to recharge changing electrical outlets. Just make sure the outlets were working properly. Today May 6, 2022, I tried to send back because the massager simply will not charge. But I CANNOT !!! EXPIRED RETURN DATE MAY 4, 2022. I COULD UNDERSTAND IF IT WAS A MONTH LATE. BUT A COUPLE OF DAYS. IT DIDNOT NEED RECHARGING UNTIL NOW......”
