The heat option convinced me to purchase this massager, but it doesnt get very warm, and it only works with one attachment. That said, it's a good massage wand and the different settings are helpful for different types of aches and pains. Just dont get excited about the "heat".

It really helps the pain in my shoulders and lower back. Love that there are multiple settings and the attachments. Very simple to use and the heat is very nice.

I like this massager a lot. First, the handle is great for back use, unlike the gun style massagers. Also, the price was very reasonable. This machine is pretty powerful, but I gave it four stars because I feel the heat element is only ok. It gets warmish. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase!

It's a good massager but the one I had previously, that lasted years but then broke, was much stronger. But I'll keep this and it does help when my back is hurting.

I like it a lot helps with my migraines and upper neck/shoulder tension, however it gets heavy quick, so I can only use for a short amount of time. The heat option is nice, but you can't feel the heat if you have an attachment on . I use the acupuncture attachment the most because its softer than the others. You can even use it on your scalp/ base of neck where the majority of my migraine tension starts.

I use this while pumping my breastmilk to help me massage my milk ducts and get more milk out. The heat feature takes a while to heat up, but the massage feature is strong, and it's helpful that it has three modes and strengths so I can use one that isn't too strong for my breasts, while using one that is stronger when massaging my feet or back.

Using the shiatsu head and applying a lot of pressure helps work out a lot of tension I have in my arms. I have tendonitis and doing this method helps get a little bit of a myofacial release, not fully mind you but it does good until I get another massage. The only con I have with this is that the heat option doesn't really work. It gets slightly warm but not that great to be honest, and I have it on a long while but doesn't heat up much.

Massager was used for lower back issues which previously required chiropractic adjustment. The heat aspect of the massager provided added relief. Also, used on spouse's feet as she has plantar fasciitis. With the combination of heat plus the different speeds provided added relief. This massager can be used on many body parts including neck, shoulders, back and legs. Haven't found any issues with it and certainly enjoy being able to use in the privacy of home.
