“I have MS and Osteoporosis and have had bad pains lasting all day. I was unable to massage my back or apply CBD oil without assistance, but 20 minutes with it relieves my 12 hours. It is light enough for me to use, and the length is perfect.It works great on my calves where I have strong cramping.My only complaint is that it is very powerful, and I use the lowest power setting (perhaps because my BMI is less than 20), and op for the most mild variable massage style, but like many things, maybe I will grow into these.”

“First to notice was that the heat function is not what I thought it would be. It turns on the red light and there is no heat, not sure how that works. I turned on the heat and waited for around 10 minutes hoping that maybe it takes time to heat up. But I don't think it heats actually, the red light is there so maybe just a fancy feature with the light and no heat.Other than that, the massager itself is good. 4 out of 5 due to the heat function.”
“Hands down, this product and company get a five star rating. Would give it 10 stars if that were possible. First off, let me say that from the day we received it, my wife and I began feeling relief to medical symptoms we had been dealing with for months - and in one case years and thought we'd have to learn to live with these conditions. It's an outstanding product as a massager. We did notice that the heat element was tepid so we contacted the manufacturer not caring if that was the case since we were more than satisfied with the massaging mechanism . The communication and service was above and beyond any we've received from an Amazon product which is always very good. After they ascertained that we were activating and using the heat element properly, they sent us a new one in TWO DAYS but kept in close contact with us to assure us one was on the way. The new one worked fine. I would not only highly recommend this product, I have put in my wish list one other product that they make, trusting in the quality of the product and the integrity of the company.”

“First, it's much heavier than expected. I bought it specifically for my neck so that makes it easier to balance somewhat on my shoulders. Secondly, the heat function is a joke. The red light shows it working, but it never heated up. AT ALL! The vibrate option works well & does seem to relax the muscles in my neck. Since that was my main reason for ordering this, I'll keep it. But if the heat function is important to you, skip this one & keep looking.”
