The only improvements would be a dial power button as the push button on/off switch is accidentally depressed sometimes during use and a carrying case for the massager and attachments. “So far, I love it! Folks are complaining about the heat, but it was clearly not intended to be intense heat. It's mild but pleasant. The vibration is intense and really gets those knots out. Feels great on sore arms too after yard work or horse riding or whatever. Took it to my mom's house and now everyone in my family wants one! LOL We had to surprise attack my dad with it, but he really liked it too lol. I can't speak on the "pain relief" as i have chronic pain due to a spinal injury. I LOVE that you can use it WHILE it's charging!”
