“I wrote a positive review of this product before but now that I have had this massager for a while, there are definitely some negative aspects of it. The massager feels great and was pretty quiet but after some use it begins to get noisy, almost as though something has loosened within the item. Furthermore, the battery eventually becomes less and less viable to the point now where it only lasts a few minutes before I have to plug it in again. Not a great feature. I've had to buy two of these so far and if I have to again, I may go with another manufacturer or get additional product warranty for it.”

“Got this to replace a massager that crapped out on me. It was useable out of the box and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the main massage head has a light heat function! (I didn't catch that on my read through the description). It comes with four additional massage heads that fit on top of the main one. The knot on my shoulder that's been bugging me for a week already feels so much better. And it comes with a 2 year warranty! Easy to use, definitely does a good job. Highly recommend.”

The only thing that could be a little better is when you turn the heat on you can't really feel it but I can use a heating pad for that. I bought this one and one that was double the price and I chose this one even though the other one had more settings. Good buy.”
