Machine works great. Really loosens up muscles. Everything works fine. Power button is sometimes pressed on accident when using, leading it to turn off but that does not ruin quality really at all.

This is a great for pain relief after a hard day of physical work or workout. It is heavy and was to much for me.

With that being said, the power cord breaks within a month and I'm not able to use it without moving the cord around

The heat setting isn't very high so it won't get too hot. The settings are good for various muscle pain and the charge lasts a good chunk of time. No complaints after the first few uses.

Got it for my mom. So far so good. We needed something that would work with dual voltage both inside and outside the US. The 3 accessories that came with it are mostly useless. Just the acupuncture accessory is useful but they all get caught on thicker clothes. Would be nice if those massaging knobs are made of softer rubber and not hard plastic. It takes a long while to feel any heat so the heat function is kind of useless. Battery lasts a good time.

I'm so unbelievably happy to have found this product. It releases muscle pain, relieves nerve pain and let's the connective tissue relax, helping my spine to naturally go back into placc. I'm also noticing improvement in my circulation.

Have had myofascial pain syndrome for many years. Went to massage therapist once or twice a month. Helped but still had a lot of trouble. Retired and did not want to continue the expense of massages. Tried this as saw several good reviews for it. Using it a couple of times a day has been more beneficial than massage as it is a much more consistent help. Wish I had figured this out years ago. Would have saved me quite a bit of money.

I purchased this in February. This morning, it seems the plug does not connect to the wand as needed anymore. So it is basically dead. 5 months, not sure of there is a warranty or not.
