“Stopped charging & will barely work when plugged in. We have to hold the cord just right. We've had it less than a year. The handle is awkward to grip and can cause your hand to hurt.”

This one has an heating element with various speeds, including low pulse, which actually helps at the end of a busy day.The others were either so too harsh, with the lows being to soft.The heating element makes this a 9. It's a little bulky, as I suspect it's mostly intended for back pain.”
