“This is a really good product and it does help with muscle pain. The problem I have is a lot of pain is in my upper back. This is too big and heavy for me to get it in position and hold it to my back. It's the length of my entire forearm. If someone else was doing it for you it may work nicely. I wanted to use it on the back of my neck but the head is just to big. The vibration is very strong so I use it mostly for my legs because the vibration is too strong to use near my head. Even on low setting. It does bring relief And I'm glad I bought it. I just have to find a milder/smaller one for the upper body. It holds a charge for about 3 uses maybe 30-45 minutes each, without being plugged in. It does not feel like percussions like when you get a massage. It feels like vibration. But not the percussion that really penetrates. I don't think you'll be unhappy with it.”

“This thing is a large vibration machine that feels okay but not when I'm paying for a massager. The one we received also didn't really have heat. It would take a few minutes to warm up and it wasn't hot at all (it would be like body temperature). We returned it. It's not what it was advertised as. We have another product from this company that was decent though so maybe this massager was just messed up somehow.”
