The only thing I've noticed is I dont feel the heat and the unit is pretty heavy. Had it running for like 20 min and felt no heat. Only reason I gave it 4 stars. Aside that I feel amazing after first usage. Havent had a chance to verify battery length.

I bought this after straining a muscle in my back because my boyfriend gives terrible back rubs! It is working well so far, and I enjoy the different attachments. It's also very easy to use on your own. I just wish the heat setting was a little warmer. Other than that, I love it and it is definitely helping with the pain!

Great product so far. Just what I needed. I have a sudden condition of crippling attacks in my chest. No it's not my heart the hospital says after a day and half of tests and an over night stay when they first started several months ago. I found that my old A/C powered percussion massager helped bare through it and often shortening its time and sometimes warding it of at its start at times. They can start at any time but usually no more than a few in a week. They have lasted up to 45 minutes. Really bad stuff too... I was looking for a back up incase my old A/C one failed. Then I found this wireless one! I can take it with me anyway anytime and I don't need to plug it in, well not for around 80 minutes of use. I wouldn't go out for long or far because I didn't have access to my old plug in machine just anywhere. But now I can and if A/C is available I can plug in too without worrying about draining my battery charge. Before this problem I whish I found this years ago. It is a great wireless massager for any one to take anywhere. Especially for knee, leg and foot pain on the spot. I use it for that too most nights before bed. Back and shoulders are tough to reach your self without some sort of extension wand that bends and locks where you need it without causing other stress. But yes it's a win/win for me. I'd buy another one if I lost this one. Though I don't think the heat actually dose anything but light up a bulb like my old one. But that could just be me. Either way it is a good wireless massager especially for it's price. Not as powerful as an A/C machine but close. It's a keeper and a must have for me.

With continual low back pain, I find it necessary to massage my back each morning to avoid stiffness during the day.I bought this massager because it was very similar to one my neighbor was letting me borrow. Hers was 30 years old. It has the same level of vibration as hers which made it easy for me to get used to. But there are several quirks that I do not like.Pros: -Nice long handle (14") that makes it easy to reach the middle of my back as I reach over my shoulder or lift it up from my waist. -Solid vibration head with 3 different vibration intensities. -Multiple detachable heads (4) for different massage "feels". -2-year Warranty: activated at 1-734-709-6982 or support@snailax.com -Rechargeable battery for 60 minutes of use. -Recharges in a little over 3 hours. -Can still be used while plugged in to recharge.Cons: -I can get about 2 & 1/2 uses out of one charge. -The recharging cord length is just over 6 feet long (75") which means that you have to be fairly close to the plug if you want to use it while it's charging. It's hard to manipulate the massager without disrupting the plugs at either end. -The small handle-end of the massager is very light-weight, the massage-end is heavy. My neighbor's massager had equal weight throughout the unit so it was easy to balance. The Snailax took some getting used to because the heavy massage end requires good hand strength and some balancing to hold it in place while using it. **One caveat to the heavy head is that it allows for more massaging pressure in the middle of your back while you're holding it over your shoulder to reach back there. -All the controls (buttons) to operate the massager are located in the middle of the handle, right where I place my hands to hold the unit when I want to add more pressure. I don't know how many times I've accidentally turned off the massager, or changed the massage strength, or changed the pulse rate, or turned on the heat button. -There is a heat button. It turns the massage head red, with a little light inside the head. That's It! Just a light! NO HEAT! I've played with it several times, testing to see if I just didn't wait long enough, but, still no heat.I took off 2 stars for the review--1 for the strange and inconvenient placement of the power buttons, and 1/2 a star for the bogus heat setting, and the other 1/2 for the limited cord length.I will keep this massage unit because it was on sale when I bought it and it was a lot less than the other ones I was looking at. It works for me and I've learned how to place my hand so that I don't turn it off (most of the time). When it dies, which I hope it doesn't for at least a couple of years, I will buy a different brand that has better reviews.

I would love this massager except for the fact that I only received two of the four massage head attachments that were advertised. The heat feature is only a little warm and does nothing really. I am a bit disappointed and I can't help but feel as though this was a returned unit as the instructions were also missing. I will say the massager itself gives a thorough massage with enough pressure and the ability to increase and decrease the intensity.

Been using this for a while now and it never disappoints!I love that you can change attachments to suit different areas and type of massage. The different speed and pulse settings are just perfect too. As for battery, i like that it tells you when battery is running low. I got this product in May and charged it soon as i received, and yesterday was just the 2nd time I charged after use. So yep, this battery lasts long.

As a Percussion Massager, it works great. There is a heat setting on it, and the nodes light up a very pretty red indicsting the heat on on, but 'heat' is a misnomer. I barely heats above body temp if that.

I have the Snailax cordless handheld back massager since Last February.I decided to buy this massager because it was highly recommended by a majority of users in their comments. And since then I have been very satisfied with its operation. It helps me a lot with my back and shoulder pain. I'm a very happy customer.
