“Like: able to adjust with the phone app, number of different pads.Dislike: unlike the other device I bought doesn't have a combo mode of alternating between massage and scraping which seems to work better at reducing the pain level in my lower back . I work in a job were I sit most of my shift overnights, prior to using a tens device my pain level at times would be an 8, with this device it down around 1 to 2 during my work.I have only used it during work 20 minutes at a time 5 times during the shift.... worth the money”
“I love this wireless bluetooth operated tens unit that takes the place of a clumsy wired tens with the unit hanging on your waist. But there is a major design flaw. I use this for my lower back. Everytime I sit back on a chair or in the car, the on/off button positioned on the front of the unit attached to my back goes off. I am forever turning it back on and trying to sit where it won't hit the chair or seat and go off.Any suggestions on how to avoid this issue. Otherwise I love it.Barb”
“I had hesitated a couple of weeks before buying the wireless tens unit. Reading the reviews it did seem to be a good product. I have it now it is wonderful. I had been using, for years now, the old type with wires, so aggravating to use. But this is so simple. I had it going within 5 minutes and I love love love it. And no wires, no one would even guess you have it on. It is great. Don't hesitate buy it.”
“I purchased this Mastogo wireless tens unit to help with my back. But this has to be the worst piece of garbage I've bought in a long time. I'm so disappointed. I've been living with a severe a backache for over 2 weeks. I thought I could get some relief with this unit but I can't get the unit to even start. Today the APP finally recognized and connected the unit. Big step! I thought this should be the day of the Final Obstacle but the unit still doesn't work. I have followed every step in the instructions & I have checked everything. Bluetooth on my cell is on; I found the program specifically for my back, but when I press the on button on the unit and on my phone screen to start, the App STILL doesn't recognize the unit. This is AFTER the unit was connected and has been fully charged. This is the most frustrating piece of garbage ever. I am terribly upset and I'm still having severe back pains. What am I going to do? They DON't provide ANY phone # to reach out and get help. AND I emailed them Aug. 14 REQUESTING help and as of Aug.16 I have not had ANY response at all. Please I need help with this.”
“I'm not a techi person, so I didn't really want to mess with Bluetooth. But this turned out to be easy. The app works the way it's supposed to. The options are nice. It's easy to turn the unit on when it's already on my back; I don't have to take it off to find that button, which was ridiculously difficult to turn on on my previous device. Love not having to replace batteries, and it stores nicer. And, the price was great.”
