“I recently had cervical spine surgery and purchased this item to help with pain relief in the neck and shoulder area. It definitely helps with the pain. However, I wouldn't say it eliminates it. Only time and medication can do that. It is controlled through the Dr. Stim app, which is easy to use. I'm surprised at the intensity range. I'm only able to go up to a four or five comfortably. Mine holds a charge for most of the day. I do think it was a good value.”

“I use this while I'm working retail on the floor in a big hardware store. I have some back issues that were causing me a lot of pain. I can set the stimulation effect for an hour at a time and wear it just above my belt line on my lower back. It cuts the pain down dramatically. It uses an app I downloaded to my phone and that was fairly easy to use. I was a little confused at one point. Once it connects, you have to click on the unit on your screen. The rest is easy. The pads hold for most of the day, even with moving and stretching, and are easy to clean and reapply if needed. The power button is centered and easily accessible. Doesn't show under my shirt. There are a good variety of programs, times and intensities. Recommended!”
“App was downloaded as per instructions. Phone recognized app, but, when trying to use product, I got the message, "Not Connected". I tried several times to uninstall and reinstall product and followed directions from website. Still not working. Won't buy MASTOGO again. Also, purchased replacement pads, same product maker, to complete this Christmas present. WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN THEM, THEY ARE LISTED IN THE" NO RETURN " CATEGORY. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!”
“This product has some good and some bad features. The good is no wires to cross or tangle. But the bad is that it has to be reconnected every time the unit stops. When using on back or shoulders this can be a difficult task.”
“I like this product, I even purchased again and again and give it to my brother that also has back problem , he said it helps but recently, I found we both have the same issue, the item get disconnected from the app itself almost every time we use it. I don't know because they changed their app. I am so disappointed and I will not recommend to my friends anymore. Wish it doesn't have this issue, otherwise, it is a great product, It helps me to stay in sleep at night cause my back pain keep waking me out and I keep it at my bedside.”
