“Very convenient, but only lasts for 60 min, then you must reset again. My old wired TENS unit was last until battery ran down or I turned it off. A busy nurse doesnt have time to get on her phone app and reset every hour. But it is very effective.”

“Received my device today. Quick and easy set-up. Came with enough charge to set it up and test it right away. The carrying case is an added bonus, everything you need to take it with you fits inside. No more tangled wires and worrying about dead batteries in the middle of a trip. It's nice to have 6 functions, but with all my other TENS devices over the years, I prefer a certain one, and this one has it. Pads have plenty of stick, as long as I add a drop of water before storing each time, I suspect they will last a long time. Plenty of pads included, but I did order an extra set just because I don't ever want to have to wait to use the device. Highly recommend this one. I like that I could wear it and no one would even know. No more bulky device in my pocket, wires everywhere, and taking it out of pocket to re-start as needed. A click on the phone and I'm in business.”

“After using it a couple of times, the app kept stopping and the device would disconnect from Bluetooth. I tried troubleshooting it myself and with TRAKK on the phone and nothing worked. I was forced to ask for a refund and return the item. I didn't want to run into the same thing with a replacement, so I opted to buy a rechargeable Tens that doesn't require an app. It is much more affordable and easier to use.”
