“It works well but doesn't stay stuck on when you sweat so for me, I use it while working out so that I can tolerate the pain of the degenerative discs in my back but when I start to sweat the device starts to slip and slide down my back which is not only uncomfortable but it's just awkward when all the sudden a bulge on my back starts moving slowly downwards. I don't recommend this for anyone who needs to use it for similar reasons. Also I don't love how the app makes you reconnect the device every time you turn it on, cuz it should really automatically reconnect whenever the device is activated but it doesn't so it's just an annoying extra step.”
“This thing will knock you off your chair. It's a little powerhouse and surprisingly easy to use. You need to download the app, and control it with your phone. I read lots of reviews for these, and am glad I got this one. You have to pay attention to the care of the pads, and get them wet before storing even for a day or two. Simple. I've been using it on my arthritic knees, and it helps very much. Lots of choices for types of stimulation. Be careful, it can hurt if you set it too high. Recharge after 2-3 uses to be sure it's always ready to go.”
“My wife used to walk around on her period with a bunch of long wires from a regular tens device. Now, this is wireless, she doesn't feel weird wearing it at work during her period. You can't tell under your clothing. Great!”
“I've never had another tens unit to compare this to, but I'm pretty impressed with this unit for the price! It's wireless, rechargeable, and has a long battery life. I control it using an app on my phone. It's been helpful for reducing low back pain (from a herniated disc) while at work, working long hours. It's also helped to relieve menstrual cramps.I am a little concerned about whether it mught interfere with cardiac electrical activity, as I've noticed some heart palpitations and heart pain/pressure a few times when I turned it up the intensity. That may just have been coincidence, but out of caution, I don't use it near my heart or on high intensity settings. The app to use it is called Dr Stim (it was a little confusing at first to figure it out), and it connects to the device through Bluetooth. Sometimes the device disconnects from the app, just power off the device and then power on and find it using the app.”
