“I needed to get rid of the wires that were a part of the device I have been using. They caught on things and were just an annoyance. I looked at SO MANY reviews on different products. This item was so reasonably priced and the reviews were good so I finally ordered it. So glad I did. The app works well and so does the unit. I like that I have the option for 1 hour of use (my old one only had 15 minute intervals). When my back is flaring up I leave that thing on all day. Good product, good price.”
“I had an older one that still had wires that were half eaten by my cat and couldn't get replacement wires anymore. You USED to have to have your doctor write a referral script for physically therapy office to order you a at home machine!! This is the greatest thing EVER! 2 of my kids play travel ball now I can have so pain relief whether we're at the game it's self; in the car traveling after long hit days in sun and uncomfortable chairs! Even my daughter had taken advantage to help with a muscle after one of her games. Great price! Great convent travel case got in my purse! And so easy to use! Bluetooth linked without any issues!”
“I saw that 2 days after I ordered the devise, the pads and unit were unavailable.☆ Did you go out of business? ☆Will you be getting more replacement pads in?I am fearful of what we, the customers will do without replacement pads.I actually love the device when it works. I often get a notice it is no longer connected, most of the time it turns off in the middle of treatment due to connection issue.It is quite frustrating since I live with chronic pain. I had high hopes this would provide some relieve, (which it does, whe it works) but when it wont turn on especially when I need it the most, I get so upset. (You know what I am talking about if you live in chronic pain, pain patients are so desperate for relief)I tested my wifi and Bluetooth on my phone, they all work fine. I uninstalled / reinstalled the app several times.Sometimes the stimular will work, and when it does, I love the many features. I LOVE THAT IT HAS A TIMER TO STAY ON NEARLY AN HOUR, many devices only have a 20 or 30 minute max.I find the pads to be the best in the industry. They stick well, and by adding a few drops of water soothing over the pad and placing the plastic film back on it, your pad will last for many many uses. However, DO NOT ALLOW THE STICKY PART TO TOUCH YOUR CLOTHING, OR IT IS RUINED.I love this devise so much, my husband is buying a wifi booster in hopes the problem is on our end not the stimulators end. We are hoping this may solve the connection problem. I will update you later to let you know.”
