“Padding was very thin so isnt comfortable to sit on.. mine also came with top two massage motors not working so returned it.. heat worked very good though”
“UPDATE: I JUST ORDERED ANOTHER ONE AND IT'S NOT THE SAME PRODUCT. IT'S MUCH SHORTER, THE STRAPS DOESN'T FIT OVER MY RECLINER LIKE THE FIRST ONE THAT I PURCHASED WHICH WAS 8/17/21. IT WAS WORKING FINE UNTIL TODAY WHEN THE LEFT SIDE STOPPED WORKING AND THE BOTTOM. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. AND I CANT EVEN RETURN IT.”
