“I ordered this for my wife and she loved it however about 2 weeks after she got it, it just stopped working. Contacted TRAKK they sent me a replacement. When the replacement came it worked great for about 1 month and a half then it stopped working like the first one. I went back to see if I could return it but the return window was closed. It's a shame I spent money just to have the only about 7 to 8 weeks worth of benefit from the product. When it did work it was great but it only lasted 7 to 8 weeks I feel extremely disappointed. Please be aware.”
