We've had it a little over a month and it makes the WORST noise ever. So LOUD and the velcro doesn't even stick anymore. Makes a loud screeching noise.”
“My wife has chronic pain in her ankles, so I bought this hoping to get her some relief. It worked well, though it will only fit a small ankle. Also, the velcro is not very strong and will let go easily. I bought her another so that she could work both ankles at once.Trouble began after 2 months. The unit started making a loud grinding noise, and running hot. I contacted the seller, who asked me to send him a video of the unit in operation, which I did. He offered a 20% discount on a new one, which I balked at. His final offer was 35% off. I tried to contact the manufacturer, but was unable to locate them.Needless to say, I am very disappointed with this product and the seller.”
“I ordered this twice. When the first one arrived I followed the instructions which point out that the unit needs to be fully charged before using it. The control panel has a pilot light -- it lights up red when you plug it into your house power. The light turns blue when it is fully charged.I charged it fully, pressed each mode switch (pulse, infrared, heat, and so on) -- not one function came on. So I started all over again -- let it fully charge, but again it was inoperable. I returned it for a credit. And, since I like the idea, I ordered another one.It arrived today. But --same deal. Iy too does not work!! It takes a full charge (according to the pilot light) -- but none of the functions work.I'll return it. I'm through trying. For $60 there should be better quality control at the point of manufacture in China.”
