“It's a simple product, it has 3 modes: vibration, heat, and compression. Vibration has separate controls to control vibration intensity and whether the vibration should be steady or in pulses (pretty self-explanatory).But the heat setting isn't so obvious. From using it, it feels like maybe it's a 3-click setting - like low, high, off, but the manual only says on/off, so I could be wrong.Other than maybe a better explanation of the heat and compression settings (both of which are fantastic), my only other complaint is that it randomly turns off every 10 minutes or so. I'm guessing this is probably for safety (to not cut off circulation or catch fire) as well as to keep it working by not letting it overheat. Though I didn't see anything about it in the instructions.The strap for the ankle isn't so chubby-friendly. It barely connects for me. So if you have swollen ankles this may not work for you or you'll need a Velcro-fabric extender.Also, at night, the light is the brightest thing in the world.Is it loud? Yes. But, it feels fantastic.EDIT: I've used this for 2 days and it's resolved chronic ankle pain that I've had for years (including going to a podiatrist). This product is definitely worth checking out.”
