“This massager does not work. Even on setting 10, the highest setting, I don't feel anything. I'm hoping that I received a defective device and every good review on here is legitimate.”

Over the last couple of days my neck is about 85% better. I am happy with the number of massages I get off from one charge. I also like the level aspect of how much of a massage it gives. Strange feeling with pulsing and electro type stimulant it is the best investment I have made for this neck issue I have been dealing with. VERY SATISFIED!!!!”
“The massager actually speaks to you so you know the modes and when your turning heat on and off. My neck has days when the pain is unbearable and I put the massager on it for 20 minutes and I feel recharged. The different modes are exceptional.”
