TRAKK Electromagnetic Cordless NECK MASSAGE Reviews

3.8 Rating 236 Reviews
I was having a great deal of pain in my neck and it was difficult to turn my head and to turn over in bed at night. I started using the neck massager once or twice a day as soon as it arrived, and in just a few weeks my pain went away. I had improved so much that I was able to use it occasionally rather than every day. However, two months after I received it, my neck massager would no longer charge and the company has not responded to my email asking for help. It is such a disappointment because I loved this unit.

the voice instructions say to put water on the electrodes, so doing that I put the massager on my neck, and then it zapped the crap out of me, I tried to grin and bear it but man does it hurt, not sure I'll end up using it again, and I couldn't tell a difference between intensity level 1 and level 10, also when trying to increase the heat only the voice would turn off and on

I have chronic neck pain that has affected me for 5 years from a whiplash injury in a car accident that has not responded to physical therapy. I have 2 herniated disks in my neck: C4-C5 and C5-C6, both in the middle of the neck, causing muscle spasms, headaches, and pain.I use this unit twice a day, morning and evening, for the full programmed cycle— it powers off automatically when it's done. I've found it much easier to use than the tens units with sticky pads you have to position yourself— I've found that the stick-on electrode pads are difficult to place properly by myself, whereas this device makes it quick and easy to get a good electrode placement every time. I usually apply water to my neck by wetting my hands from the faucet and then patting the back of my neck. This device has been very helpful as a supplemental therapy, though it will not cure neck pain on its own. I'd recommend also improving the ergonomics of your work station, sleeping position, posture, and doing stretches and strengthening exercises as well. Also, the tens unit doesn't so much result in immediate-term relief for me, but regular use over time does seem to reduce my pain level. Hopefully the unit proves to be durable over time with daily use. I'll update my review if not.

Im not a fan of this neck massager! It does heat up and get warm but there is no "massage" its more of a ZAP kinda like an electric shock! Painless but its still an ugly awkard feeling! Not for me at all!

My experience with Hezheng started with extreme neck pain caused from inflammation of the occipital nerves and muscles. I am happy to report, after daily use with this easy to use massager, my pain level has been steadily improving. I strongly recommend giving this massager a try for all your neck pain needs.
