“It's similar to a tens unit feeling. It is not comfortable and I wish we could return it. I kept trying it to give it a chance and today realized it's just not helping my painful neck.Today, it stopped working and it's fully charged.”

I sent it back for a iStin ten rechargeable for $56.00 which is exactly what I was hoping for to help my spastic nerve on my neck. Hope this is helpful when you are deciding what to buy.”
