“I got this Nicare's Neck Massager with Heat. I work on my computer all day long. Im mindful of my posture but there is a lot stress that builds up on my neck and shoulders. I found this product incredibly therapeutic and help in releasing tension.First it is very easy to use.Second it is well-designed and cloth material is soft on your skin. The massing beads are sturdy and are powerful and at the same time relaxing.Tips - If you want more pressure, I found that you can make it tighter around the neck by pulling the magnetic buckle (you just literally pull it)Also i find that i can get more pressure by gently tilt my chin up. Or while sitting on a sofa and just gently pull the chin up and relax my head into the rolling beads (not too hard)AND i can do this on my my arm, each of shoulder, each of thigh as well! (back is trickier) So if you do heavy weight lifting like i do this would be a great way to relax other parts of body/muscle on your rest day too.”
“I totally need this type of product. And this one does help reduce tension in my neck, but at a very uncomfortable price. My main issue with this massager is that the two massagers circle around at their own individual pace. That means that your head gets bumped around in different direction. When the two massagers sync up, it feels nice. I also purchased this for the heat, and you can hardly even feel it. The other issue I have is with the magnetic clasp. It is not near strong enough to hold this on tight enough. I wish I could return this as the cost was astronomical for what I ended up with.”

I found that lying down without a pillow ws the best way to do it. The only issue was pushing the on button had to be doe a few times before it started.
