“I�m a neck massage maniac! I absolutely love a neck massage and also a: back massage, shoulder massage, head massage, foot massage (of course x 2 that is). To simplify things here, most any massage will turn me (what I refer to as turning me into a “wet noodleâ€. This product is okay and I will guess that mostly all people will enjoy it. Just not those who like a neck massage where you can feel the muscle itself move. Overall, it�s not for me yet it may be for you.”
“i've been charging this for more than 24 hours. It doesn't work. There are no instructions about charging it and how long it takes. It's green when plugged in and red when unplugged. It never even makes it to use.I just won't turn on. Also, I the charging port cover broke when trying to remove it because it's wedged in there and the plastic loop attaching to the unit is too thin.”
“Wow, just wow! This thing is amazing and relaxing. Now just a heads up this is not a traditional massager, so there is no rotating parts that deeply knead your neck as I was expecting. This massager is like a TENs massager using electronic pulses to message the muscle.So there are different modes of messages and it has heating too. The combination is amazing and relaxing. I wouldn't recommend doing this while working because it will relax you so much and make you sleepy but before bed, you'll sleep like a baby.Another pro is that there is a connection to message other parts while enjoying the neck message. It has a handy remote that allows you to increase/lower the heat and the intensity of the electronic pulse. It automatically turns off as well but I tend to turn it back on for a 2nd round.I would recommend this device to anyone that wants a relaxing message.Product suggestion: I noticed that there is nothing in the manual in regards to low battery. There is no light to indicate when the battery is running low. I noticed that the last 2 times I used this there were 2 quick beeps every couple of mins. Maybe that indicates low battery. I am charging the device now and if the beeping goes away then I'll know it was for low battery. I would suggest to add a battery indicator light to show how much battery the device has, when the battery is low and when charging is complete. Other than that I'm loving this product.”
“Love this product. I have a lot of issues w tension headaches and this is easy to use without compromising your comfort. I can lie back on my couch and relax as it does its job. The heating feature is a plus! Small enough to take w you when traveling as well!”
