“I was trying to use just a heating pad but could get directly to the painful area in my neck. The massage and heat is a great relief for my neck soreness.”
“I've had this for several weeks now, and I keep thinking I'll figure it out and use it, but at this point I'm throwing in the towel. Initially, I turned it on and even though I sprayed it, I still felt like it was zapping me. I bought some aloe gel and tried again a few days later. It didn't work at all, figured it needed to be charged. Left it charging overnight, then tried it the next day. Didn't feel like it was doing much of anything, so I put it aside again and forgot about it for a few more days. Again, tried it, didn't get heat, didn't feel like it was doing much. Tried a few more times over the weeks when my neck was bugging me—it does nothing. Maybe I'm doing it wrong, maybe it is a bad unit, but at this point it's taking up space and not working and I'm frustrated. I'll try a regular massaging unit next time because this style isn't for me.”
“A while back I ordered one of these and it was okay but wasn�t quite hitting the lower part of the neck where I really needed the help. This solves that problem - it hits right where I need it. “This really target your neck muscles and has helped release the tension that causes pain and migraines. The heat is just right and definitely helps the process of soothing sore muscles. I can feel the difference already, my neck is a little sore from the muscle manipulation but in a good way. I love the magnetic closures to adjust how loose or tight it is around your neck thus adjusting the pressure of the massage. The one thing that is kind of annoying is the on/off switch isn�t a press button but a touch button and it takes a bunch of touches to turn it on/off which is never consistent. The other buttons work fine. Over great product, super comfy to wear while doing things around the house/working. I just hope the faulty on/off button doesn�t poop out all together.”
