“UPDATED The new one arrived and is working well. I would have given it a 5 star if there were a little padding over the massaging area. It's a bit intense over sore muscles, so I used a fleece sock for padding. Works!THE FIRST MASSAGER I've only had it a few days. It works well, but it makes an annoying screech when the massage goes in reverse.It would be even better with some padding over the massage balls for comfort.”
“The motor is not 'loud' per se, however it is wrapped around your neck right under your ears it certainly seems that way. Fortunetly the sound is steady enough that it may not interfear with sleep.What is quite terrible though is that it's very light, and applying too much pressure to have a firmer massage will cause the massagers to simply stop rotating.I thought it was pleasently soft until I got it around my neck--it's a bit choaking. However that depends on the person. Also a longer strap would be useful for nonstandard positions.I did managae to get it into a good spot and am wearing down the tenderness with light repetition. This thing is over all mediocre.”
