It's smaller than the last one I bought, although it IS a bit heavier than I thought it would be. I have to put my hair high up on my head so that it doesn't pull on my hair. I like the "soft" mode; it seems like the regular mode is a bit intense, but this can be changed by either how tight or loose you want it. It's what I reach for when my neck is in a lot of pain in the evening.”
