However; when you initiate a cycle it is pretty light in its touch.You might ask, "Why didn't you deduct a star then?"I didn't deduct one star because the unit is a little light in its massage but over a period of time, if you do a few cycles, it is so well made, such high quality that is will work, or at least it did in my case, in just three mode cycles... No medicine, just three cycles and my head and neck ache was gone!It also has a stem like setup that I did not try but the components are extremely well made too! Anyways I like this neck pillow/ massager/heating pad it's soft and comfortable but the heat for mine doesn't get as warm as I would like it to and if you have a really sensitive neck I would probably look for a different one because even on soft mode it still can hurt if you lay down with it going.”
