“I have had issues with neck pain due to degenerating discs and arthritis for many years. This product will help alleviate some of the tension, pain and inflammation.”
“I was quite happy with the many features in this device. I suffer from arthritis in the neck and this massage collar has helped me quite a bit. I certainly recommend its use for sore necks”
“Used for my neck. Used several times a day hoping for some relief. Did nothing for me, waste of my $$$$. Was going to return but I didn't realize it was non returnable, waste of my $$$”
“I'm pretty impressed with this neck massager. It is compact, lightweight and pretty comfortable to wear around the neck. It uses TENS/EMS microcurrent to stimulate and massage the neck muscles. It does a decent job of relaxing my neck. The material and build quality is pretty decent as well. The neck massager is highly adjustable. It has 6 massage modes and 16 intensity levels to tailor to your needs. It also comes with an optional heat (2 levels). The heat is pretty weak though. I like the analog dial control which is easy to adjust. It also has a mutable voice prompt. For the best experience, you'll want to wet the electrodes or your neck for a better conductivity. Otherwise, you may get an unpleasant shock. The massager comes with a USB-C charging cable, a drawstring storage bag, and a little spray bottle for carrying water to wet the electrodes. A user manual is also provided.Overall, I really like this neck massager. It is sturdy and well made, pretty comfortable to wear and does a decent job of what it is designed to do. There are many settings to play with and get the optimal one for yourself. It works well for me and helps with my sore neck. So far so good.”
“I wanna make it clear that this is not a massager, but rather a TENS (electro stimulation machine). This doesn't vibrate like you think it would, but rather sends electronic pulses to your nerves. I use a machine like this for my back already, so I'm already familiar with how they work and their effectiveness. So, you're not going to get a relaxing massage with this, but it will certainly relieve your neck pain, which becomes evident after you take it off. If you get a sore neck, or have nerve damage, then this is a great purchase. It's super easy to use and it does a great job, but not a massager! That being said, I have to take one star off because it is not clear at all in the description of this product…”
“The device is flexible to fit over necks bigger than the "massager's" own natural curve.... but not so flexible that you won't be feeling the pressure. Not "cutting off blood flow to your brain" levels of pressure but I was maybe a TINY bit dizzy the first time I put it on... without even TURNING IT ON first.I also have a hypersensitive gag reflex and don't like things touching my neck anyway so hard to say how much of it was too much pressure and how much was psychosomatic. In any case, mine seems to be the only review (thus far) complaining about the size of it, so that could mean something.Limited placement:Great if you've got a tension headache from things like gameboy disease (or are we calling it smartphone disease now?) or just plain tension in the back of the neck. Not so great if you've got "I slept weird" pain which, for me at least, tends to show up on the side of the neck... I currently have a twinge right below my right ear that this thing is not equipped to reach. Need to find one some day with electrodes in more locations for more "massage" options... not too big of one, though, as the reason I can't use those shiatu "back and neck" massagers on my neck is because they're so big they won't fit without shoving the back of my skull against hard plastic.Does all right....Well, like I said, great for those tension headaches in the back of the neck. It does feel weird--compared to things like shiatsu or vibration massages--if you're not used to using TENS units, and so far every time I've turned it on getting that first shock when the voice instructs you to spray water on the electrodes (which you should be doing BEFORE turning it on?) makes me jump before I can actually ease into the massage proper, and every so often I'll feel a muscle twitch on the back of my neck in a way that's just plain bizarre while this device is doing it's job. But it does do its job.Small complaint: I've tried starting this thing with the dial pointed in different directions (including up and away from the line that presumably indicates level) and it doesn't seem to actually make a difference, nor does it identify for that first session what level is running. So I genuinely have no idea what level I'm starting on and can only assume that it defaults to 1 as soon as you power it on regardless of the dial's position and only adjusts as you turn the dial AFTER it's powered on.On that note, I have, for reviewing purposes, finally turned the dial just to hear the announcement and yes, it went up to level 2. Haven't tried any of the different modes though.(Oh, personal take here--I've read that neck massagers in general, and I'm pretty sure the TENS variety in particular, are supposed to also help with tinnitus. Not for me, I'm afraid. I hear that high-pitched whine going in my right ear the entire time this is running.)”
