“I would give this product 5 stars, but there doesn't seem to be a neck massager out there that I can silence. I wear for 12 hours at a time (at work) and it's embarrassing when the voice keeps prompting me to “keep electrodes in good contact with my skin†🙄 ~I already know this… and it's loud and annoying. I'm using my old one (which has a little dime size speaker on the side that I taped so the voice is very low) until I can figure out how to muffle this one.”
“I have a consistent nick pain due to my work. I have been using it for 10 days now. It made my pain worst. It was a nightmare. It was a new source of pain to me. Don't waist your money. I had to return it.”
“I wish it had been more clear that this item is not returnable - the effect is barely noticeable, and certainly not effective pain relief. Sadly, I'd rate this one as a Gimmick…”
“This neck massager is very relaxing. I tend to have neck issues and see a chiropractor. Using this relieves tension in my neck and I'm able to get my neck to "pop" eliminating my headache.”
“We have been a long time customer of TRAKK. They don't call out clearly enough like they should that this item cannot be returned. We have purchased many items of different kinds, but this one is a joke. It appears to fit around your neck pretty well in the pictures, but only fits around my neck half way. Because of this it fits way up on my neck and not anywhere near the lower part of my neck where I need it. Also it generates hardly any heat. I don't remember ever leaving a review this bad, and I would give it no stars if I could.....shame on TRAKK for not making the return policy on this clear enough!!!!”
“I've been having some intense cervical neuralgia and one of the primary recommendations is massage, but it gets pricey. When I saw this, I wanted to give it a try to see if it would help. So what did I think?Ease of charging: Very. How well it sits on the neck: It sat okay on the lower part of my neck, but when I wanted to fit it to the base of my skull (around C1), it didn't like to stay put, so I ended up using a towel to hold it in place while I was working.Does it help/work?: Like most TENS unit type products, for me, it works so long as I have it on me and then continues to be effective at reducing pain for 30-60 minutes after. Then I start again.Overall: CanNOT emphasize enough to make sure you wet your skin before using. I've plunked it on twice now and forgotten to dampen my neck and ouch. I do like that's it's mobile. So I can just keep it around my neck and turn on/off as needed. I do really like the dial option and the heat is wonderful.”
