“I use this product for my neck. I have ankylosing spondylitis and my entire cervical spine is fused so I get muscle pain a lot and I am a full time nursing student and sit at my desk most of the day. I really like this neck massager and love the electrical stimulation it gives my muscles. The biggest and only problem I have found is the female voice announcer is way too loud. You can turn off the voice during use but I have not figured out a way to stop her from saying goodbye at the end. I am usually relaxed at the end and that voice totally jars me out of my relaxed state. There should be a way to completely turn off that voice prompt.”
