“I have been looking for a neck massager for quite some time. Finally found a good one. Come home with a headache and stiff neck and this takes it right away!”
“I selected this device, thinking it would help with neck pain. I have tried other types of devices that make similar promises of alleviating neck pain so I thought I had some idea of what I was getting into. I was wrong. This is more of an electro-shock type of device and it's not exactly what I would call comfortable. On the plus side, this device is very lightweight and does not weigh down the wearer. It is rechargeable so it does not eat batteries and does not need to be plugged in to be used. It's fairly straightforward to use too - settings are reasonably intuitive and it's easy to adjust as needed to get it "right".I say "right" in quotes because I don't know if there actually is a right... This isn't exactly a massager but instead delivers a low-voltage current to the neck. There's some science behind this and in the right situation this may be helpful - twitchy muscles in the neck, tension, and so on, but for a general massage where the muscles aren't necessarily tight this instead feels uncomfortable. The instructions say to wet the contacts before using. That doesn't inspire my confidence and gives me the feel of participating in a science experiment in a shop class. While this device does provide some relief for neck pain, I can't call it a massager. And, I can't say it's exactly comfortable in use, either. In a crude sense it's a very low-voltage shock collar designed to make muscles relax. Sometimes this is a good solution; other times it is just not comfortable.”
“I purchased this for my daughter graduation medical school. This product was terrible. Did not massage or offer any type of relief. Could not tell that it was even on while using. Also, tried to send it back and it was not accepted because it was a battery product.”
