I do not feel any heat or any amount of shock. This is not my first neck massager of this type and all the others I could at least feel the electrodes working. I chose this specific one because of the three pads, it ultimately doesn't matter since I can barley feel anything and NO electric shock. Also the unit speaks and beeps a lot, even with the sound off it beeps throughout the program. If you are getting this to use while sitting in bed (when others may be sleeping) DONT.

I have had severe pain in my neck when looking down at my phone or computer that causes my hands to go numb. Most likely a pinched nerve so using this when my neck is in pain has been a game changer while using my computer! Highly recommend trying this out

This neck massager is awesome. I have osteoarthritis in my neck which is very painful and It causes a very stiff neck. It has helped more than anything I have tried! If I could give it 20 stars! (I don't write a lot of reviews so it impressed me)

If could give zero for a review I would. IT only did shock therapy but couldn't feel it, and I have no idea how the other settings were because it didn't do anything. It is also non-refundable. So don't waste your money on it.

Was kind of leary ordering this because only had 8 reviews all of which were 5 stars. Well I'm glad I gave it a try because it works perfectly. I wet my hands and then rub the water on my hands onto my neck. That works better than weting the electrodes directly. The heat feels good and the tens action definitely soothes the muscles in my neck. This is a winner and deserves every one of 5 stars. The only Caveat is it's still new so I can't attest to how it will hold up but so far so good and worth every penny for my sore Stiff neck.

I have a lot of muscular neck pain and am always looking for ways to relieve it. When I saw this "massager", I was immediately interested and was anxious to receive it and try it out. Based on the item description, I wondered exactly how it worked and had my suspicions. I received it and my suspicions were confirmed. I would not describe or allude to this as a "massager". It's more of a TENS unit. It delivers somewhat unpleasant electrical shocks via the "massage pads" to the neck. You have to spray the "pads with water prior to using. Makes me wonder what happens once the water evaporates or dries up. I have conventional TENS units with freely-adjustable electrodes. I much prefer them to this, as this "massager" can't really be adjusted to deliver therapy precisely where I need it. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to try this--and perhaps some users will derive benefits from it. I much prefer the impulses from a standard TENS unit that allows me to put the electrodes where I need them to be.

This neck massager helps with the damaged nerves that I still suffer from an auto accident many yrs ago from not wearing a seatbelt, but back then it wasn't a law. I really love this product.
