“Unfortunately I cannot use this as there is essentially no suction even at the highest setting. I would have tried to exchange this, hoping I may have gotten a malfunctioning device, but it is unreturnable which is too bad.”
“Great for the price. A little loud but worth it. Just had knee surgery and use around my knee and leg. It seems to only hold the battery for one long use and then you need to charge. Make sure you clean the end pieces after each use and air out the filters. Using with Cocoa butter lotion applied to skin first made it much easier to use and move. Overall really pleased for price and have used several times with no problems!”
“This isn't my first purchase of these. I bought one back in early 2021 and I loved it. It's pretty much died on me. No suction. I ordered one before same exact thing and no suction. Sent it back. Months later, here I am AGAIN wanting to order another because I miss my routine - I see they have a newer design. I order the orange one. Little to no suction. So disappointed and confused because how do they keep selling defective products yet some are good???”
“Neat idea and comes with two extra and slightly different massage heads with no instructions on what the difference of the heads are meant to do. The suction is ok. Press to choose the suction level and I guess you place it on your skin and wait till it suctions to that level and pull off. The pamphlet that comes with it needs to have more details.The design of the device is not very ergonomic for scraping. It would be easier if it was snapped in a way you could have a full grip around.”
“It sucked all right. I only used it on the lowest suction setting, and I could not get it to move across the body. I'm afraid that anything higher than the lowest setting will hurt. That's how strong it was.The cupping aspect of this was useless as well. It cups just fine, but because I need it to stay for a few minutes in each place I cup, it's inefficient compared to the traditional way where I have many cups to use at once.I didn't bother to try the heat as it wasn't the reason I bought this device.”
