I have high pain tolerance and my body is used to cupping and massaging so I set up the suction power in 6-7 for legs and back and 8-9 for stomach. Heating is always at 9 and it feels good to me. I have some bruised areas but that is normal for the type of movements I am making in areas with stubborn fat. I 100% recommend it”
