“First off its really weak you cannot really feel the massage. Second I tried to return it almost immediately, but was informed its not returnable.Maybe I thought it was another one that had 30 days return policy. I wanted to exchange it for a more expensive model. so basically I'm stuck with a useless massager. I do not recommend this product, nor the seller which I thought was TRAKK.”
“I'm not sure if I received a defective one or they are all very weak. It's a very minimal vibration and the intensity switch does nothing. I tried on my neck, back, legs... feels as strong as my cell phone on vibration. For such a massive looking device,I'm surprised what little power it has. Will be returning and trying the larger version.”
