I keep several cold packs in the freezer at all times. The attachment that comes with this massager goes in the freezer. The vibrating massage with the cold helps ease the migraine and the tension that comes when a headache just won't relent. There are other attachments that really help with any and every ache and pain I get. The percussion is far superior to mere vibrations. The intensity is variable via a wheel much like a mouse scroll wheel. It can be locked in place at the highest intensity. The compact design and carry pouch add convenience without compromising functionality. I can still reach my back with ease. The power cord is long but not long enough to sit very far from an outlet. This product, like all Wahl products, seems very durable. I've had it several months and use it almost daily and it's like brand new. I anticipate this product lasting years to come!”
“So disappointed I definitely thought this rotated or something more than just vibrate like crazy. I purchased a battery operated one like with a better cold attachment for $10 at walmart. I'm shocked that this one is so expensive. I did like the heat on this one, but I can heat up a rice bag easier and does basically the same thing just doesn't vibrate. It would be much better if this massager rotated, if the heating pad had an adjustment for heat level, and if there were other heads (perhaps like the pinpoint/trigger point attachment). “Well I wish the heat attachment would get slightly warmer for me but my wife thought it was good enough on her back. Attachments are easy to swap out depending on where you need it back scalp or general area. Then the cold one stays cool for about 30 minutes so that's plenty of time.”
