“Only thing this seems to do is make a loud noise. Changing the speed doesn't increase the vibration of the attachment, and it doesn't seem to supply heat to the attachment for heat therapy. I used one years ago with no issues, so I don't know if I just got a dud, but it's virtually useless for relaxation or pain relief.Trying to get a refund wasn't as easy as clicking a button, despite a defective product being covered by TRAKK's return policy. “Overall ok for the money but it doesn't stay hot. Only when the heat button is on but not massaging does it get the desired temperature. However, when I turn on the massaging aspect the heat dissipates.”
