“Not a fan this item merely vibrates and with no real intensity. Tried to return but cannot unless defective, should have seen that before. I don't feel it really adequately described how this massages which is with VERY POOR vibration. Not impressed at all”
“As a person with chronic pain due to Fibromyalgia, I am always willing to try different modes of pain relief, and was glad to come across this one.. I am very familiar with the WAHL brand but not this massager with the hot and cold therapy heads. Wow! This has been the extra "oomph" I needed to help with pain relief. The hot part is adjustable so you can find a temperature that suits you. The cold "gel" head that you keep ion the freezer until needed is just what my shoulder needed.
