Best massager i've purchased! I like that it has a curve to it that makes it easier to reach my back. I have arthritis and constant back pain. This really helps a lot.

I would have given this a 5-star rating if the manufacturer had put the speed control on the proper side of the case--the top! I've had many massagers over the years, and I can't recall any of them with the speed control on the bottom of the case. In this position, when you massage the back and shoulders, it's almost impossible to maneuver the case without also moving the speed control.

Did not even get a chance to use the product, plugged it in and NOTHING!! Very disappointed and can't return it to TRAKK!! Contacted manufacturer and never got a response. I thought Wahl was a good company, but I guess not!!

Definetly good quality. Won't compete with massage guns. but I like the wide range of frequency. Just don't use too much pressure and it might not break

As the title discribes this product does leave a lot to be desired. There are several good things to be said about this massager. So I will start with the positive aspects and work my way down to the negitive. The good, the overall fit and finish of this massager is great! I love the colors and it seems like it will last a long time. It comes with several attachments a wide attachment for broad areas, a smaller one for pinpoint muscle pain, an attachment that looks like a suction cup to massage the face, one has little bristles for use on the scalp, another has gel inside that you put into the freezer it works as an ice pack for sore muscles. The last and my personal favorite would be the heated attachment that warms up fairly well for knotted muscles. The massager has two switches one button to turn on the heat for the heated attachment and a rolling switch to adjust the intensity. The massager comes with a long 9' cord so you don't have to worry about having to stay right next to an outlet in order to use it.Now for the bad aspects of this massager when I first turned on the message I was impressed it had good power for it to be on the low setting. The problem became apparent when I went to turn up the intensity I turned the knob up and puzzled said to myself "that didn't do anything". I then took the head of the attachment and applied it to my face where I was a little more sensitive and adjusted the knob again and then I found that there was a variant in the intensity but it was so small that my hand wasn't able to tell that it had changed at all. It was at that point that I became disappointed in this product. My wife baught a massager from walgreens that was 1/4 the size of this and ran off of two AAA batterys and I think that thing had just as much if not more power than this foot long massager that plugged into an outlet. So in summary this thing is nice in the area of attachments, fit and finish. But overall lacks any usable horsepower. All in all, I think I am going to return it.If you found this review helpful please take a second and mark it as helpful. I received this product at a discounted price for an honest review. But just because I got it at a dicounted price doesn't mean that I'm that I'm going to be biased.
