“I should have read all the reviews because this definitely IS NOT for sore muscles. The massager isn't very strong and the parts further dissipate the massage, so in my opinion it's pretty useless. Then comes their return policy ... don't even try.”
“It doesn't work properly the hot/cold feature which is the main reason I ordered this particular one. Then you can't get your money back or exchange it so I'm just stuck with it. Terrible would not recommend at all!”
