“I ordered this the first time and the product arrived and did not work. Plugged it in and it would not turn on, then I discovered it was non refundable and the only course of action was to jump through a bunch of hoops and mail it back to the manufacturer for “a repairâ€Â. So, I lost that money but ordered another one because I really needed the product. The second one functions but is SO loud I cannot stand to listen to it. The only reason I ordered this was because I had the original from 10 years ago which was a fabulous product, now it's just garbage. Wahl can do better and should.”
